Not sure. My quiet generator is fixed, but small for both campers. I may be getting a 4000 RV unit. And I think we will be too far away. Wait and see what happens.
Passenger seat and tunnel out will allow you to use 1/2 impact, 6 or 4 in extension, and tighten, loosen the bolts for the short driveshaft/jackshaft. It's come loose on me also, used loctite on the bolts after that. Crossmember in other truck is banged from where it came loose on that one.
No such thing as quiet when it comes to needle scalers.
Rust builds up in the grove on the backside of the drum, that the backing plate fits into. Then you get scraping noises when it rubs. Just a habit to needle scale the rust out whenever drums are off.
Finally got a little warmer, 30 degrees and windy, so fixed the M108's starter and fuel system. It's been down since Christmas. Used starter put in, cleaned/changed fuel filters, and topped them off with diesel. It finally starts and runs nice. Starter switch is shot thou.

I work around industrial machinery every day, and your work looks factory, and even better than some I've seen. Nice welds, chamfered holes, beveled edges, and smooth cuts.

They are rare, and don't sell enough to get a good idea on price. I've seen anywhere from 1700 for a rusty, non-runner, to 6000 for a runner, but not original. Pretty rare to see one in this condition, not rusty and has not been bubbafied. Seen one with a multi for 19,000, it was nice, but...
