I went with the bolt-together combat rims, but I'd say yes. Here's a pic of my project, even though I've only put one on in the picture - I can only work on it a bit every day and it's been raining cats and dogs here lately.

RE: Flipping hubs on M813 - are in/out wheel bearings the sa I'm running 16-20's, and I want to run the wheels bolts out like the front. Flipping them puts them just right.
