the winch TM is very rare but good news is it's easy to get the winch apart get TM 9-2320-209-34-2-3
chapter 18 shows how to take the winch apart but one note if the thrust washer doesn't slide right
off the shaft your in for a fight, and the parts cross reference has napa numbers for the seals.
