Is the taper where the TREs go in the steering knuckles the same on both sides? In other words, if I were to make my own tie rod, could I use pass side TREs on both sides?

I'm putting mid range wal marts in it for the time being until I can get all the electrical issues worked out. After that, I'll go with Optimas.

Assuming you run strait diesel in the multifuel. The non gas engines have to be cheaper to run if you use WVO or used motor oil.

Thanks! While we're on the subject...Does American Classic Truck Parts sell good stuff? Their prices on inner fenders are significantly cheaper than LMC truck. Any thoughts? I don't want to buy crap that will just rust out again!

Is the forward battery supported by the inner fender? My battery is sagging down and my inner fender is rusted to hell. I was wondering if the latter may be causing the former.

I wouldn't trust an electric winch to work very long on a truck that big.

It depends on where you live. Its a cloudy subject around here. Some friends have gotten tickets for them, but all have been thrown out. If you have internal bead locks there is no way for anyone to know.
