How 'bout mine?
VIN: 1GCGD34J3FF436211
I couldn't find the reg number...Where is this usually located? What is it useful for? The numbers painted on the truck are as follows:
Bumper: 20GPSF
Fender: TP45
Thanks for any help you can give!
If its undercoating all its good for is getting all over you when you work on your stuff. Its ok at rust prevention, but it doesn't always only stay where you put it...
Are the inner or outer fenders rusty? If not, how much for the outer and inner fenders shipped to 24060?
If they have surface rust, how much for just the pass side inner fender shipped?
Thats pretty cool. I don't think they'll ever get to Roanoke, VA. Much less Blacksburg... I am in a satellite image, though.

I'm exactly on the very top corner of the "H" in the orange hat... [thumbzup]
I just spoke with Bjorn about this over Thanksgiving and he suggested that I run 80% bio and 20% dino. I think that would fix some of the problems with loss of power and even some of the jelling problems at colder temps.
RE: Re: RE: Small update on my truck.
The wait light goes on, but it doesn't go off. I've already figured out that the controller card is bad. I'm going to install a switch in the system soon. I haven't noticed the volt meter doing anything, but I just put new batts in tonight (old ones were...
I just went out and tried to start it after it sat for about 30 min. It took about 7 seconds of cranking before it would start and then it ran a little rough for the first few seconds. :?:
Re: RE: Re: Small update on my truck.
I agree with you, they probably aren't, but its 60 degrees here tonight. They aren't needed when its that warm are they?
RE: Re: Small update on my truck.
I only spray one quick shot. It runs fine once it does start. Can you need a new IP and still have the truck run fine?
I've just replaced the batteries and man does that engine spin now! I got 2 neverstarts from Walmart to get me by till I can get all of the electrical issues worked out.
The engine spins fast now to start, but it still won't start without a quick shot of ether after sitting for a while. I'm...
I recommend the community college approach. VA community colleges all just got brand new machines that are top of the line. Wherever you take classes, you need to learn oxy acetylene torch welding (not just cutting) first. It really helps to make you understand whats going on. All the other...
Re: RE: fuseable link
Fusible links are pretty common. I had one save my tail when I accidentally wired up the battery backwards in my f150 (it was a new batter and had the posts switched).
I didn't think it had, but it may have been I guess. The actuating wire is going into a wire loom that I just discovered goes to my snow plow and into the truck. I haven't tried the hydrolics on the plow to see if they work. I guess its the ground for the plow?
I think I may have found the...
While we're on the subject....how 'bout this one? This solenoid is located on the pass side inner fender. The truck runs like it is, but I figure thats supposed to connect somewhere...
The wire you see not connected to anything and the wire connected to the left post of the solenoid right...
