the 13G was in the truck when I bought it. the wellmans that I pulled out were not swollen, just didnt work.
SSGT Wright-that is where my 13G was and it was the one that broke.
My 2 cents worth is to leave it a 24V system. I converted my M1009 to 12V and have found that the 24V starter turns the engine faster for a quicker start than the 12V starter.

I have removed my in-tank fuel pump, and removed the bottom part that contains the impeller, how do I get that part open, I think that it is full of rust and I need to clean it out.
Also I tested the motor today and it ran for maybe 5 seconds then died and wouldnt...

I used a magnet and a necked down vaccum. Also noticed the carbon on the end, so I am going to put everything back and drive it. I figure that it has been broke for awhile.
Ok, I have the injector AND glow plug removed. I have fished around with a magnet and have not found it. It is the rear cylinder on the passenger side, and I am not seeing a way to get my head, eyes, or a flashlight down there to see into the cylinder.
How big are the holes in the percombustion...
