have you tried cracking (loostening) the lines on the pump and the injetors to let the air out? start with the pump end and crank a few times, when u get fuel tighten them and move up the line to the injectors untill fuel comes out (BE VERY CARFULL 3000 psi will tear your skin up)if not...

make sure you got 2 hole injectors add a pyro and crank up the pump to 1150 then add a 1/4 orfice of propane at 5.5 psi and u will not be able to shift gears fast enough

ok now that im a fool! the cummins is like 3 or 4 inches shorter than the herc so there might be room up front or move the headlights out and get a wider and skinyer...
