As I was typing I thought maybe 3'' would be as big as you could get, and I knew they were not cheap. then i was thinking that a exhaust y-pipe with a flapper in it would do the trick. But you would have to keep the flapper fit nice and tight and some nice steel bushings for the trough shaft...
Got a exact weight on it my research tells me around 59k I know you said 55k and its close But one I could move the other I can't. I think I could permit it heavy and still axle it on a 48ft step deck but at 59k it wont happen.

I seen your airhose set up but under the right side of your dash should be a airline with a 1/4 turn valve it could be plugged or have a fitting already in it for a hose. Anyhow thats where mine is, I keep the hose in the toolbox. I guess you Coulda used a tee and put the drain cock on one side...

There just scrap they are not heavy maybe 8000lb with tires and container yards have them stacked up and will sell you a good one for 500 bucks. With no title there no good to anyone. The tires will fit ur 5 ton
