It don't sound like a bad deal , but I would look the cab mounts and door pillars over real close . If they are rotted out your looking at project .
Edit ; Also look the frame over real good between the cab and the front shackles on the rear springs . This area is known to rust through .
Are you wanting to know if this is a good price for buying or are you selling it ?
Your post is a little confusing , plus you have posted the same thing in 2 WTB ads .
Maybe you should keep the toyota . The government has warehouses full of parts and barracks full of mechanics to service the trucks . Engineers have determined a maintaince schedule ,it's up to you if you chose to neglect your truck or not . The answers are in the TM'S nobody can force you to...
Have you search the TM's for fording information . Any time you submerge your axles they will need servicing.
There is a chart in this link with fording depths for most M series trucks.
FM 55-15 - CHAPTER 3 - GlobalSecurity.org
Since the speed limit is a maximum 55 mph on state roads and 60 mph on posted interstate highways for trucks here in michigan , I don't see much reason to exceed the manufacturers 55 mph speed rating.
