Tough Country 2" HD front springs to level my M1028?

Not too familiar with any rake as mine all sit kinda low in the back but you could go with a product called an easy inch or zero rate. Basically it's a 1" block that's bolted right to the spring pack with an included center bolt. I bought a couple of pairs but actually got them for the backs of...

I used my lightbar extensively as did many others and it always hung in there but the cam action straps did concern me a bit. These look great and you should be fully equipped soon.

Speedo Gear on Rear Transfercase PTO

Picking up your M35A2C from Warner Robins ? Get service at Clifford's Truck

The learning curve can get steep and contorted. Usually it comes from from the fact that Newby A finds GL, Newby A wins bidding war, Newby A says "what have I done" and then goes on a web search and finds Steel Soldiers after the fact. It can be very fun though.

    M116a3 trailers

Maxtor, can you post a pic of your 16' trailer please? I'm pretty certain that you can get 4 on the trailer. With a pic I can brainstorm and compare it to my notes. If the trailer has a decent length tongue there should be no problem nesting with half of one hanging over the front.

    Newbie here

Welcome to the site Sir. I'm partial to deuces but as said, lots of advantages with the 5 tonner. Take a few moments and download TM 9-2320-361-10. This is the owners manual and help you get familiar with a deuce long before you ever see one.

M1031 - the first 10,000 miles observations, questions and lessons

I can't help with hours. I know that is important too. Idle speed is another of those issues where many have opinions and I'm the same. I set mine high (800+ -) for a few reasons. It does keep the alts excited and it minimzes all the rattles. Subsequently it improves bulb life of all things.

    sprag transfer case or not?

T138-21 is the M34 series transfer case with the overrunning clutch. T138-27 is the air shift version and the 1138 is one I'm not familiar with.

    300 M1078 LMTVs for sale in Germany...whoa!

I swore I was done with bigger trucks but the M1078 has caught my eye.

Very nice. Until I sold mine I had envisioned adding plugs to each side so that I could add magnetic side marker lights.

    M1009 axles under a M1008

At least he didn't install them under a deuce! LOL

The geometry would have to be spot on for sure.
