For those of you who asked I will definately be posting pics as the build progresses. I will try and do it step by step. The rest of the parts I believe will arrive Monday and I suspect I will start it this coming weekend. Thanks for all of the responses.
If you can find some Kroil, spray that on all the edges. Wait about 10 minutes or longer if you can. Then do as NDT suggested. I hope all is well inside the engine.
Its always good to see Armor in the hands of Civilians! She looks in great condition from what little I can see in the picture. Keep the pics rolling in when you get a chance. [thumbzup]
Well I was being light hearted as I thought you were. But apparently you were bashing. So in that case..... A used axle is a gamble at best and is ..well used. He may or may not get his money worth. $375 for a N.O.S. axle that is the direct replacement is not allot of money and will save him...

I will actually be ordering the Weld on steering box brace and also going with the Bolt on Steering Box Brace. These will be in my next few orders. Since all is well up front and no cracks I can wait a bit. The reason for the weld on brace is due to the 37" tires I will be going with. The...
Just order a N.O.S. Surplus Corp 10 bolt axle. Its the exact axle thats in the M1009 and ready to bolt in. Ive seen them for $375. Do a search on here and you will find that thread.
I went with the standard Tuff Country shocks for now. I really wanted to go with the Bilstiens but the funds just are not there right now. I will be selling them as soon as I get my Bilstiens in a few months.
Today the man in Brown showed up with my first a few packages from O.R.D. Off Road Design. The packages will contain my new 4" lift I ordered. I can tell you I am very impressed with the quality of the few parts that have arrived. So far I have received The rear shackle flip kit and the...
