If you can find some Kroil, spray that on all the edges. Wait about 10 minutes or longer if you can. Then do as NDT suggested. I hope all is well inside the engine.

Here is the difference. 75 mph 33" tires 3.08 gear ratio (stock M1009) 2352 RPMs (at 70 mph 2195 RPMs) NOW with 4.10 gears and 35" tires: 75 MPH 35" tires 4.10 gear ratio 2952 RPMs (at 70 mph 2755 rpms) Your engine most efficient RPM is 2200. This is where you want your average cruising...

There will be a HUGE difference in the RPMs at highway speeds. Stand by and I will let you know what the difference will be.

Just order a N.O.S. Surplus Corp 10 bolt axle. Its the exact axle thats in the M1009 and ready to bolt in. Ive seen them for $375. Do a search on here and you will find that thread.

I went with the standard Tuff Country shocks for now. I really wanted to go with the Bilstiens but the funds just are not there right now. I will be selling them as soon as I get my Bilstiens in a few months.
