first off yes it is different for turbo and N/A N/A idle is 650-700 rpm turbo idle is 650-770 and the manual say's to "Refer to injection pump identification plate for correct idle speed setting"

I think all OA331's where made by REO they sold them commercially as the Gold comet .

take 4 wheels off :) you can put 11.00R20 tires right on the stock wheels there slightly bigger then the 9.00R20's that should be on it good for 4+- more MPH too.
