It might be worth the cost to switch to a battery that isn't as huge at the 6TL's. Check out what I did with 2 optima's. This clears up plenty of room for when I get around to installing the turbo...
Yeah it was well worth it! I mean now I can (mostly) keep up with the flow of traffic. And with that turbo it should be even easier! I have gathered most of what I need for a turbo install, just need to make the time to do it.

Well I didn't work on the CUCV today, but I was working on another car and took this picture. What a difference!

It's death wobble. Get new kingpin springs and bushings. It's an easy job too. 99% of the time the springs are just too worn to keep enough pressure on the bushing. With big tires an added I/8" thick washer and new spring will do the trick.
