    Mine had a plug and I replaced with a vent spring. No leaks or problems so far.

    I heard the same only bell housing gets pressurized with fordging kit. I would vent all to the cab. Hmmm....where does the fuel tank and master cylinder vent to?

    I will take a hex head over the 1/2" square any day of the week. Those square plugs wallow out easily.

    Simpely answered "no" A 40 year old 6x6 13,400 lb truck is not a great daily driver. MPG is around 10 and regular maintenance is required. Mine is purely for hobby.

    bleeder screws use 3/8" tubing available at home depot. I just did mine twice. Bleed the booster first and I used a pressure bleeder.

    ODave, i have a set of fiberglass troop seats on my truck. They are with a doubt 2x better than any wood product.

    Lube the airpack, change/clean the vent springs, bleed the brake system, change the filters, change fuilds.

    Mine has all LEDs from grote. I also replaced the bleeker control and three way switch. System works well. I would replace your flash control box.
