    More Hot Rear Axle Hubs

I did the front, it was a work out. Took me and 2 guys 6 hours. Did alot new boots, cleaned greased king pins, brakes, bearings, and seals. The step by step directions on this site are perfect. I would put it up on jacks and do all six in 2 days.

Got the rifle holder mounted today

Looks nice, I would be hard pressed to give the space though. Any other place to mount? What about small hand guns? Is there a kit for pistols? I wonder if it would hold my browning semi auto shot gun.

    How Risky Is This?

No way in my book. Plan on previewing and shipping. You need to consider risk vs reward. You may save some cash or you might break down slide into a ditch and hit a pole.

Cost of getting a good truck?

It's true, keeping a deuce reliable cost money. Only way of even getting a winch truck that cheap is through gl. I agree with the money pit idea but I enjoy working on mine.

Looking to join the Deuce crowd

I have a soft top. It never leaks and does a good job. Looking back now I never really never take it off. I think a hard top is a better choice. A deuce can pull a trailer with hitch modification.
