I don't have an A3 but I would drain the tank. Drain plug at the bottom. Clean it with diesel and change the fuel filters. If that fails then I would consider blowing the lines.

I had to use a 1/8 ntp nipple close and a 1/8 ntp coupling to make this regulator work.
Thread in to decrease pressure and thread out to increase. The TM had me doing it backwards.

I enjoy mine but could never drive it daily. MPG is like 8 and top speed 50. It's a monster off road. Pretty easy to work on. Make sure you have space to keep it. I own mine purely as a hobby.
I think mines a dynamax as well. I did not even try to hid mine. Just had it welded to the upper exhaust. With out a doubt it helps out with the sound. A walker would be nice but they look bulky.
Just take your time and relax. Most every thing on a deuce is pretty start forward. My words of advice is do one thing at a time. Otherwise you will feel overwhelmed [thumbzup]

I would pull the cab plate over the transmission and check the spring vent infront of the shifter. Then cahnge the gear oil and pull the inspection plate near the bell housing. Look in there and hit that grease fitting.

Hey, I got my radiator back from the shop and purchased the lower radiator hose from OD Iron. Going to change it out this Friday.
I am posting because i need some help with parts. Do you happen to remeber the size/diameter of the upper radiator hose, hoses from the pumps, and the two hoses...
1. There are fill plugs on both trans and transfer. Crawl under the truck and you will find them in two seconds. I use a 1/2 breaker bar non racheting from Sears. Works great for those square plugs.
2. I used Valvoline 85-90 gear oil I think.
3. Lug nut is 1-1/2". I would say you need an 1/2"...
Oh yeah there outlets in some spots for power. CARNC i would reccomend parking in one of these spots since your camping. If you need help seting up I am only 5 minutes away.

Becareful of that tire. I was warned about these military tires by a Seabee. If the ring pops off the rim it could hurt or kill you.

FYI there is a train crossing that could cause a long truck or trailer to bottom out.
