I got a great truck but if i had previewed all the lots. I would have had the best ruck on the lot.
I prefer the flame heater. I don't like the idea of injecting ether into a diesel engine. Others have had success with coolant heaters.
I think batteries are the most important to cold startup's

When you do buy a truck shipping is worth the price. I was thinking of driving mine back till read this forum and had a reality check. In my case driving from Kentucy to Georgia was not saving the $500. Plus I had time to look over the truck at my own pace before hitting the road.
