    Welcome, those are called model G8T. The rear axle is made by Timken. What happens with the brake drum is the brake fluid leaks out of the wheel cylinder and causes the shoes to stick to the drum. Lots of beating and prying will get things loose. You should have military data plates on the dash.

    I think Memphis added the double frame. See it's bolted on? Factory would be rivets. See if Memphis still has those data plates, very important to operate the REB correctly or you will damage the transfer case.

    I think reverse should be 220 psi and F1 etc should be 140. The fact that you have reverse means the pumps are working. If line pressure drops to nothing when engaging F1, pressure is escaping somewhere in the clutch packs or band servos.

    Ruh ro, I just reread your post and noticed the two asterisks, meaning two additional digits, the early gas truck serial numbers never had that many digits. You will need to find the frame serial number and report back for a revisit.

    Looking at your pictures, I think you have the trouble-prone second generation PDP with the no-lead solder. Suprman knows a lot about these, I don’t. These boards have been known to have bizarre intermittents like you describe.
