The only advantage I can think of is that your electric bill will be a little smaller!! Other than that, go with a block heater.

The bows fit in the slots in the troop seat/side racks. They will be kinda loose if you just put them in the stake pockets alone That price was brand new, I am sure you can find some used ones alot cheaper.

I believe on the 809 series trucks the voltage regulator is part of the alternator. Check the TM to make sure.

CLEAN AND DRY - thats the main keys to any oil, veggie or waste motor oil. Veggie oil can be made into biodiesel so thats a plus.
