That connects to the instrument cluster for power and the generators regulator for its signal on 200/400 amp generators.
I may have some of the harnesses for sale
All REV trucks use screws to attach data plate, there can be multiple plates on a single truck,
Each data plate get changed based on the armor
Level of the truck, so a truck that goes from basic frag ready and armored to say, FRAG 5…get a new DP showing its NEW nomenclature and weight.
I have an...
that’s an old document and the routing is based on the model truck, the ECV and REV each vary on routing.
the PS reservoir runs direct and up to the top of the fording intake, alongside the fuel tank vent.
The leaking is from the filler neck rubber, it’s a common failure part after 20yrs as fuel sets in the pocket between the neck of the filler and tank neck..over time, it softens the rubber, just replace it.
the lift pump should be replaced along with all the fuel hoses and associated gaskets...
It’s a serpintine setup on a late Remote PS reservoir setup, it can only be a 6.5, the 6.2’s are flat out turned in and aren’t processed for disposition.
That doesn’t sound right, while you will see a probably a slight bounce in the gauge initially, the heater blower motor doesn’t have that much amperage draw to leave it sitting in the yellow, it sounds like maybe it’s actually shutting off the regulator from charging, the 200amp regelatos has an...
the OP stated the truck is an m1165, based on your statement you have an rcsk18330 pump, that doesn’t work in a truck with Remote PS reservoir, it’s for m998’s and A2 trucks and the occasional M1113.
The rcsk18330 pump has a higher BAR than what is generally available, it’s to support the MM Winch.
There are 2 pumps for trucks with remote mounted PS reservoir, one is 105 BAR, the other is 120 BAR, the REV truck is 120 BAR.
the TM’s spell out the appropriate pump based on SN via the UOC.
But to be fair, either pump will work…
the adjustment is and has always been at the lever, regardless of the MWO or not, if it’s not stopping the truck, you probably need to adjust the take up on the clevis under the truck at the lever inside the rubber boot, remove the clevis pin and adjust accordingly
