You are correct, but at that point my ignition was locked up and it was a shot in the dark before going to buy a new ignition switch. I had no transportation and it was all I had. That being said I did not spray a lot, I placed a very small amount on the key only......and it has been working...
Mine did the same thing. Everyone said I had to replace ignition switch. Before going to do that I just wanted to try something so I sprayed a bit of wd-40 on the key and inserted the key a few times then it turned like new again. Prior to this it had took me 25 minutes to get the key to turn...
I would say look here: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/ga-rally/53347-official-2010-ss-ga-rally-info-thread.html
It is one of the largest MV events in the Southeast.

oh does the Confederate know that there is a infiltrator amoung their ranks?
Placement is almost identical to what I had imagined, what I was unsure about was the many variations of actual unit markings. For example
you could say 3rd INF DIV, 3D INF DIV, 3 ID, or 3D ID, they all mean the same thing. There is no clear definition of "right" when it comes to bumper...
OK Aaron, after some review I think it should read as such:
Front passenger side:
3D INF DIV
3D 65th INF
Front Driver's side:
M-6 (since he assumed role of Commander for M Company)
Rear Driver's side:
3/65 INF (due to limited room on bumperettes)
Rear passenger side:
M-6
Without...
Very nice Aaron!
where exactly are posting the markings? if possible post a pic of the areas. It makes a difference which method we choose for marking (expanded vs short)

Jungle Hammock huh....that brings some unpleasant memories back, in early 1990 we were in the field and I was sleeping in my jungle hammock and somebody had a stun gun and thought it would be funny to give me a zap.
Have you ever woke up from a dream suddenly because you dreamed you were...
Whoa wait a minute, that's not the same one that you said you would sell to me for $1 when you drinking that night is it?
jk I agree with Papabear don't do it
Sorry no pics Gimpy, but on a related note in OIF 1 I happened to be near the 1SG and he asked me to go over to the mechanics and get a slave cable from them to jump the CDR's vehicle off....this is where it gets not so funny Turns out the CDR liked to store is extra frag grenades in the battery...
Its probably your starter/starter relay but I had a strange thing happen once that was similar:http://www.steelsoldiers.com/cucv/28167-yikes-what.html That should be a 5 min check to see if it cranks when you remove it like mine did.
I was kidding before, but while not common back in Desert Storm you saw modifications done at the unit level to mount M2's and M60's onto M1008's. In fact we had a leased truck that we took the windshield out of and bolted a tripod to the hood so the TC could fire if needed.
