Take the alt off of the engine and use an impact, as in air tool. The nut will spin off pretty easy. If you have a band type filter wrench, that will work to hold the pulley.

There is a plate on the dash that tells what fuels you can run. As for the bio and veggie oils, try a search and see what you come up with.

You can do it w/o help, but it is WAY easier to have a third hand. Make sure the grooves are clean.

RE: Oil line Make them. Go to NAPA or a truck shop..KW, Pete, Hose Man, Nelson-Dunn, etc, and just buy 3, #4 swivels, an 1/8 pipe male to #4 and a foot of #4 stratoflex, aeroquip..whatever your flavor is. Just make sure the swivels you get are SAE and JIC compatible. I could take pics to show...

An 855 Cummins can only handle 2 psi return fuel pressure. As the pressure increases, the engine speed will increase. Eventually, you will never be able to drive the beast because the engine will idle at 2100 + RPM. Why do you want to do this?
