Is there a reason you can not shift gears in a sled pull? Am i correct that it common for the puller to only be allowed to start and finish in the same gear?
Looks good to me, I think you won big time:!:. Also, looks like it has a new wiring harness.
Why are the oil canisters painted yellow? Any more pictures of the engine bay?
Also, black high temp grill paint matches CARC black real close and sticks. If your looking for a temp fix on that rust...
I would think all that pulling would heat your gear oil up. Make sure you check your spring vent on the transfercase, transmission, and axles.
Good luck
Well, I would say 4,200 is fair. I would call back and offer $3,500. Go from there.
Keep us posted if you buy it. Would love to see photo's.
Make sure to look at the hubs to check for gear oil or brake fuild. Also, ask if all the filters and fuilds have been changed.
I put a muffler on my truck and love it. I bet that c turbo sings though.
Back to the subject, I can not see a ticket holding up in court. The truck stock.

Looking forward to hearing more once complete

I would open them up, lay it out on the floor post more photos with...
I have a 3/4 air impact from Napa I use works fine for me.
Also, I have a quick connection to air under my glove box. So I can use air tools on the road if need be.
:ditto:I agree 6x6 on pavement will make the truck wheel hope. Similair to a normal truck in 4x4. You should feel it.
Also agree its not good to run in 6x6 on dry pavment. The front wheel need to be able to slip when turning.
Desertdeuce, that is a nice truck.
I found buying from the photos off GL is luck, I was lucky my self, and i would not even consider buying a truck that size with out previewing.
I can't imgane working on a truck that size. I can barely lift the brake drum and hub off my duece. Had to just...
