First off sorry i am no help and this is a little off topic.
After reading this entire thread, I find it interesting that there is such a market for the dueces axles and transfers. I had a friend that more interested in my axles than the truck. Must have had the same thing i mind off roading...
I'm lost...so if both wheels are off the ground and you spin the drive shaft the front wheels will not turn?
Both wheels should turn freely with out the hub cap on. Sorry for the wording

Thx, I made sure the ground was good. Removed paint around the screw. Also, the data screw are hex head stainless steel.
Just got to save some money and get LED headlights next....some day
I will keep the old three way in my tool box just in case.
So i picked up a new light pad control and blicker switch.
I am very happy with both products. However, the light pad look cool but is hard to operate. It require the driver (me) to look down. I could not operate while driving thats for sure. It looks GOOD THOUGH.
If any is thinking of...
Means it was painted in 2008 with Chemical Agent Resistant Coating. If i had to guess, they problem just made sure everything worked on the truck. That said i would expect your truck to be in excellent shape.
What about just using a pallet jack? Any thoughts?
Could you pull the axle, 3" nuts, and then slide the pallet jack. Next lift the wheels and slide it all off.
CARNC, if your doing yours let me know. I want to watch and can lend a hand.
I bought my seals from OD Iron.
Behind the publix on Riverstone Parkway. I have no idea where i am going to park. Probally show up last minute. Have to get there at 6:00PM if you want a good spot.
