I am using the oc-20 for oil filtering. Tricky to get the temperture and oil flow in the right range. You need something like .9 GPM. When doing oil, mine likes to run about 125-150 degrees, and I am slightly oversized on the pump, so I have the pressure relief on the pump set about 100 psi...
For us taller guys, you can flip the windshield air motors upside down. Only adds about 3/4 inch viewing area, but makes a big difference. Don't have to look around the wiper motor.

I too was concerned about a idle knock on my deuce. Took a piece of hose and checked all over the engine, dang if I could find it. Then at Haspin last year and this year, I was able to compare it side by side with other deuces. Every truck that I listened closely to had the same small knock...

Has anyone had a multifuel fail because of ring wear? From what I've read or seen broken rods/low oil pressure/worn bearings causes a mulitfuel to fail. Anyone had a rod fail without warning(no knock, no drop in oil pressure)?

RE: Don
Not sure when a good time to have the event would be. Worked out nice this year, wasn't smoking hot out like years before. I wouldn't mind early fall. As far as a fee goes, not sure. Personally I brought my own food. One problem was meals cuts into trail time with everyone cooking...
Git'er done Westech.... Anyone know what alloy the aluminum pistons in a deuce are and it's melting point?
Normally run 1150 pre-turbo on a long hill. Crusing empty is about 900.
Right now I think I have the used oil mixed a little heavy in the tank, have to watch the pyro because the truck...
Soon as I find some decent internet access, will post some pics and video.
Very dry this year, but still some mud holes to be found. There is a lot of traction when the ground is dry, can climb some very steep hills.
Got to go swiming, camping, MV'ing, drinking, and had a great time!

So much for trying to fix what aint' broke. Bottom raditor hose let go, was rubbing in a spot. I replaced the bottom hose a month ago, good thing the old one went in the truck as a spare.
At exit 66 on interstate 70, route 54(in ohio). Made it to the fuelmart, so plenty of antifreeze and...
not sure how good yahoo maps is. If you come into the town of Laurel from the north on 121, once you get to the center of town, hang a left, you will cross a decent size bridge. Haspin in on the right after the bridge.
