15/16 is 5/8 stud, 1 1/8 is 3/4 stud. If using standard bolts and nuts. Can also get heavy duty nuts, they are larger outside dia. The 1 1/8 would be 1 1/4 for a heavier duty nut. Dennis

The standard rims for a 2 1/2(M35) can take a 12-20 tire. The rims are stamped in the inside that they take up to 12-20. The M108 I just got has 12-20's mounted on the front axle. Dennis

It's ALIVE! Plumbed up a gas can to the fuel pump, and fired it up! Crane runs in all directions. Engine has a miss to it, but runs decent. Have a bad hose, leaks when lowering the boom. If I shut off the crane and then lower, it doesn't leak. Got some pics of the block and ball that came...

Found a M108 wrecker for sale, went a checked it out today. Rough looking, but complete, says it runs, but batteries are missing. Going Friday with Gimpy and deuce to tow it home, about 220 miles away. Got a lot to learn about it, and some things are missing. Not planning to do much to it...

I had stored some fuel in a 55 gallon drum, and not checked it before I used. It was full of rust, and most of the rust ended up in the fuel tank. When the filters were changed, found rust in the primary and first secondary filter. The second secondary(say that 5 times fast...) filter didn't...
