Welcome to SteelSoldiers from Kansas. I spent a few months in over on Keesler AFB years ago.
Better save quite a few pennies, The 900's take quite abit more to aquire over the deuce and 800 series trucks.

Well since your sig line lists all A3's I assume this problem is on an A3. A2's dont shut off with the switch, You have to pull the engine shut off cable.
Edit: Looks like OD was thinking the same thing I was. He just types faster.
It could be that when you hit the start button your batteries were shot so It wouldnt turn over making you think its locked up.
The oil dripping out of the bellhousing maybe completely unrelated to whats going on and maybe just an over filled tranny.
Best of luck to ya.
You cant fill one out till you win an auction. Once you win the auction then GL will notify you, usually the next day. On your GL account page there will be a tab you click on for the EUC form.
Edit: **** I type slow tonight. Thanks Ty

Have you actually won an auction for the trucks yet? If not, you dont fill out an EUC till you "win" the auction. Once you win it you have so many days, 7 days I believ to fill out and send in the EUC, then wait anywhere from 2weeks to 60+ days to get your EUC approved, once approved then you...
I dont think they are "troll" threads. There were alot of deuces dumped in to surplus in the last few years and they are getting seen more regularly in public hands. To most in the automotive hobbies they are something new and unkown so we are getting alot of "car" guys looking at them and...
Its not the modding them that bothers people here. Heck we even have a forum for hot rod and modded deuces. Its the unsafe, hillbilly, I dont give a **** about other people on the hiway attitude that ruffles feathers around here. And rightly so
Lift the front axle off the ground, both wheels, have a helper (or 2) help you spin the axle spin it with the wheels straight and then turn them both directions while spinning the wheels. see if it binds all the time or just when its turned one way or the other. If its just when its turned then...
:ditto: If you removed the front driveshaft then the problem is in the front axle. Hard to turn makes me think you got a bad steering joint on oneside or the other.
