Yes, Jim they would. There are big players that can and do legally export vehicles, and yes they do need to annotate their intention on the EUC for that particular item. I am not a big fan of GL but it is not illegal to sell overseas it is however illegal to do so without the prior approval...

WoW I am sorry it came down to that, but I am glad to hear it worked out for you. When I registered my M1009 down in Columbus they let me register it but no title, they said I had to use a title service if I wanted one.

Ok I went to their site I noticed there were no prices, also under their products and services page under vehicles and financing it says "click here" I saw no link that was clickable including the pictures themselves. Even if they are legitimate how are they able to sell hmmwv's to the public...

Well based off of the rectangle stock headlights and the Chevy CUCV bushguard I believe it to be a M1031. The round extra headlights centered on the brushguard additional add on, or appears to be anyway.......just took another look at the pics definitely a Chevrolet, check the logo out right...
