Ok speaking from the active duty side at a minimum oil should have been changed at least during annual services. Now with reserves or guard well it depends on the unit, it should not but it does (I did some time in the reserves too and I have seen good and bad units) some may not even train in...
Ok My M1008 came with "FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY" on the door, nobody seemed to mind except one guard at the gate of FT Lewis, Here was my solution:

Cucvfreek, re check an repost your VIN, so when CARNAC gets a chance he can run your VIN and give you some history on it, sometimes he can tell you when the last major service was done too. It all depends on if the unit kept good digital records though.
yeah there was one guard at the gate who kept saying I could not have "FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY" on my truck so I changed the drivers side only and the following day I told the guard I "fixed" it ;) They just laugh now!
