Yes, for the most part. Probably have to move the brake handles and it will have a little more overhang in the back but the extra width of the inner fender wells and the 9' bed can be a blessing. It will gain some poundage too!
In reference to the bladder stickers, I'll have Gary burn me out a stack of them. Red with white letters as pictured or yellow with black letters. I may do a little of both if there is equal appeal.
Look at the front of your deuce. These is a small piece that saddles the differential housing. If you dont have these you will need to fabricate some. I refer to them as perches.

There are quite a few folks here that did the covnersion from DOT5 to DOT 3 without negative results. One of them is cranetruck. He did his conversion a great number of years ago and never did have any issues with the conversion.
What terms did you search? The topic here is the route clearance lights. I did the search I suggested to you and every result on the first page dealt with the route clearance lights. Matter of fact, I'll change the title of this thread so that someone searching in the future for issues...
