Like wildchild467 said it depends on your planed uses . I would make sure it has a air shift transfer case ( most do) , but there still some old sprag transfer cases out there . The sprag transfer cases tend to be problematic if not adjusted perfectly .
If you have any big truck salvage yards in your area you can probably get everything you need off a old state plow truck with a rusted out box pretty reasonable .
Welcome , do a advanced search for dump conversion , there are several good threads on doing this . A belt driven pump off the motor with a electric clutch is a good option to the PTO set up.
I don't know for fact , but 1 of the deuces I looked at before the one I got had a smaller civy wheel in it . He said it came from a early S-Series International , the same spline. But I haven't looked any further into it and with International it could only be certain years the way they change...
The issue you will have with the M 105A2 is you will have no brakes , 3000 + pound trailer + 3000 pound load = unsafe. Most states require traier brakes on trailers over 3000 pounds , here is a link to trailer laws by state; Towing Laws Listed by State - Towing World

It's not always a Arizona title , it varies when I bought my deuce it came with a Florida SF-97 not a title . Some people have also got Florida titles. It depends on what your state will accept and what's cheaper for GL .
