If they advertise a m101 as a dump trailer don't believe them , you can make them dump sorta , but a lot of them have wrecked doing it . The tounge was designed to fold for shipping not dumping.
You can make them go faster , for how long who knows . But the brake system is still a state of the art 1940's brake system , when top hi-way speed was around 40 - 45 mph .
The only reason it could be a oversize load is your trying to put it on a trailer with a 3 foot deck , instead of a RGN ( removable gooseneck ) which ussually has a deck height of 18 inchs or less . Width and lenght are not issues.
