The fast answer is no, Like eggs in the super market that go back and get re stamped 3 times, these tires are used for more than 30 plus years on trucks in service and still perform just fine, these are not 70 mile an hour over the road trucks that have requirments like price and fuel...

more times than not it is a brake cylinder, they do leak in these trucks way more than seals, way more, they can also be weeping and not noticed and cause low peddle, and possibly loss of brakes, any one who buys one of these trucks and does not pull the wheels is asking for trouble, many times...
