so if there isn't a switch on the bottom of the dash then that means you have a sprag transfer case.
do some searching for adjusting the linkage. does the fwd work in Rev?
if not plan on replacing the transfer case if you can't fix it. I'd do the airshift conversion.
my tach shows about 3300. I feel comfortable doing 60(3500) with mine but I have the bias tires. I suspect with your radials you can do 62-65.

yes it is but you must add a ground strap if yours doesn't come with one. there are also lots of problems with these. they are prone to fail. keep your original as backup
hemet rims need no work and they won't hit anything. 5 ton combat wheels will hit the steering gear box and hyd cylinder on pass side. you can adjust the stops to fix this though.
I remember when I first got my 5 ton, the lights would go out when it rained or got wet. so after this happened I could hear the breaker in the 3 lever trip. I'd give it a few min and then it would reset and I could drive again. this only happened maybe 6 times before the 3 lever would not...
from what I have heard, you have to have the bulb to make it charge. no bulb means non charge. so you should be good to go once you have the bulb back in there.
