You don’t have to remove the evil runflat to swap rims. Spit on it for me when you see it in the tire. Did I mention I hate runflats?

Be careful, that symptom is often associated with pin holes or cracks in the suction side of the pump circuit when air gets sucked in.

Try this, in the CUCV forum, search using the term "SECM". The few available manuals were posted in threads about 8-10 years ago.

Does your air/hydraulic pump have a cover over it? That cover keeps the rain out of the muffler. If your system has sat for years full of rain, there is no telling what might be rusted up and stuck inside. You said the fluid was "nasty". Back to your parts issue on the air hydraulic pump...

Unit markings on the bumpers is your only option. Carefully sand off the layers to uncover the unit IDs. Post up here if you can't figure out what the markings stand for.
