Sorry to tell you but the tools used by the military/GSA are NOT all made in the USA. In fact most coming through GL will probably be lower quality and also very well used. Heck, my uniform isn't made in the USA (unless you consider us a part of China anyway).
One thing I would think about is the trucks location. Most GT's seem to be on the east coast. If you were a good distance from whoever created the same named truck, would it really matter as the trucks would probably never be in the same vicinity? Also, in my opinion, the trucks aren't built for...
The summit kits are great. When you install it, don't use a swivel brass fitting on the master cylinder plug. They leak after awhile giving a false indication of a brake problem. (use a solid fitting).
I agree with PB. It would be like someone trying to setup another rally in GA for the 08-11 of September 2011. If nothing else, i'd say just in bad taste.
That is definately not a deuce wrecker. Kenny can think of 8.5 ownedf by SS members; I can think of 9 plus two partials owned by non SS members and at least 3 I've seen for sale over the last few years-so they are out there.[thumbzup]
It could be, my dropside was $625 total when I bought it. I have ALOT more than that in it though. Minimum bids were $50 only 3 or so years ago.[thumbzup]
The next thing you know, you'll be selling off your wrenches and socket sets to fund the bigger cutting tips because you won't need them anymore. Then, you'll be looking for land in Alabama.
