Ryan, did you record your driving time? If so, you could get a better estimate of fuel economy based on Gallons/hour. Not that you have anything to reference it to right now, unless you felt like recording you driving time and fuel consumption on an ordinary day...
yes the low air buzzer is electronic. That's strange. Make sure your horn button is working (like not stuck) and also check the hoses going to the horn, in the first place. (I don't own a deuce, but have looked at them close-up before.)
RE: Re: RE: PTO
"new old stock" it means it is original production, not new, like from the 70s or what ever, but has never been used. Things that are NOS often arrive covered in cosmoline, still wrapped in original packaging.
1st question: Do I need to get the gaskets for the water pump if I use RTV sealer, or do I use RTV by itself?
2nd question: Do I use RTV sealer with my gasket I already have for my timing chain cover
3rd question: Can I use the new-style composite tail and marker lights on my '62 M37B1, or do...

I think your son would enjoy it lots. The guy I bought...

RE: Dash Light Disassembly
I have the newer style like in the Deuces. The previous-previous owner must've thrown in a new gauge set as according to my official PW + MilVeh resource, the speedo isn't the original '62 variety, either. He's probably right.
RE: Re: RE: Check out my new 5-ton!
its a marine-corps logistics and supply division Oshkosh. Yeah, I saw that at the Rome air show too, jkelly. They look fair pretty but nothing beats the ole '37, deuce, or M813A1
oh god, the Oshkosh site has a pictures section. I now have a new desktop picture!
Alright, not there yet, but one of the dash lights (new style) in my truck's cab is out. Is there a civilian part number for it, like a sidemarker lightbulb or something?
And also, where, besides ebay, is a good place to get SOLID STATE turn signal kits? saturnsurplus only sells the old...
