It might not hurt to use a strong screwdriver to pry out on the drum while doing this , applying enough pressure to help it pop off without bending the backing plate . And when reinstalling puting some anti-sieze between the drum and flange.
You will probably have to insure it as a commercial construction dump to get coverage . Farm isurance typicly only covers vehicles used on your own farm , when you go to your neighbors it becomes commercial . best bet is get the phone book out and start call agents that advertise commercial...
