I bought this back in September and am still struggling to get it home.
Its a M54A1 that runs and drive but needs to be trailered home. Anyone know a shipper that can do this?
thanks
RE: RV
I was thinking of putting cabinets and furniture on "rails" that are on the floorand fold down sides also. When the sides expand, the rails line up and the items can slide out to the side.
shipping
Just a warning for those who are new at shipping vehicles -
I am currently engaged in a legal battle with a shipper off of Uship. He had great feedback but in my hurry to get my truck shipped back here, I did not verify his credentials and he ripped me off for $831.00, my deposit...
Lets say you have an interest in a 5 ton wrecker and you find a M819 nearby, within 100 miiles of you. Its in running condition, everything works on it and it has a title, tires are good and it looks like the guy needs to get rid of it soon.
How much would you pay for it?

I had considered flying out there( Georgia) and drving it back, but it has some electrical issues and I just don't have the time to make that long of a haul. Besides, getting it shipped to my door( if that ever happens!) is only gonna be a few hundred more that plane tickets and fuel costs, not...
I stil haven't gotten it delivered yet( thats a long story itself!!!). Been through 4 different shippers trying to get it out here. Its supposed to be picked up tomorrow but I haven't heard from the shipper so it doesn't look good.
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: M292A2 for sale
Bumping this up - I am going to be out in California in November and thats where the M292A2 is stored at( Morro Bay). I can help with delivery if needed or if anyone is interested and wants to look at it.
I fired it up in August and it ran good, oil...
RE: 24v to 12v converters
