I PM'd Militaryrestoration a while ago and I think he said he got most of the towbars and to make him an offer on them, but this was a month or two ago?
Just won a couple of pallets of stuff at Ft.Riley KS. Need them shipped to Aztec NM
each pallet weighs about 700lbs and has a long pole of about 6 feet across it.
Can be taken off of pallet and put in a pickup if needed.
thanks
Alot easier and safer way if you have a Hi-Lift jack is to put it under the truck with the tire under the jack and break the bead that way.
this way is pretty smart though.
Anyone got a cab cover for an older 5 ton (M39 series) they want to sell me? Prefer tan color but I will take what ever you got and can ship to me out here in the boonies.
Just need the cover no supports.
thanks
trailer
I had thought about getting one of these trailers to pull behind my deuce(when I had one) for my rock crawler truck.
The trailer empty weighs 5,000lbs, add 10,000 to that and you would be going very slow down the road with a deuce.
I would use a 5 ton or bigger truck to pull...
Since I have not heard from the guy who was gonna buy my winch ( not the scam guy) in about two weeks, I am putting my winch back up for sale.
Its probably buried in the classifieds somewhere. Its a 45,000 lbs rated winch. The input shaft is broken but has the cable and looks in good shape...
I have used www.clippard.com for my air regulator needs for my onboard air system on my rock crawler.
They have a lot of small valve parts and regulators.
