    terrain and humidity and 100 other things contribute to range. tops in best condition vehicle to vehicle is about 30 miles. I have the RT524 in my hmmwv and 30 is as far as I've used it and that was a stretch.

    go to napa or whatever parts store you like and ask for oil hose. the line you speak of the the turbo oil return line. not a cooler line.

    A3's have dual master cylinders IE split brake system so you need 2 reservoirs. or one that is split into 2 chambers.

    last pump I tried to open up was sealed. you can remove the drive unit from the end but the pump wasn't happy being opened up. the connector on one end was also permanently attached. it took a cut off wheel to remove it.

    yes I believe I have done just that. many many times with loads from 28k to 50k. as pics can show. the 1600's will totally kill your power. you better hope you don't have ANY hills to climb. 3-4 will make you wish you were walking. this load was on the light side prob about 25k at most...

    #1 looks like the fuel heater for the cab. #2 comes up as the coolant heater. both parts in kit form. I thought you meant you have a fuel heater kit for the bed. my bad.

    this is a fine idea but use very low pressure. 3-4 at most. any more and you will need a new tank and make a huge mess when it blows up or splits.

    the ones with high idle have air leaks in the fuel system. there are about 400 pats on how why and what to do to fix that. a search will net you that info.
