Actually the EUC requirement do apply at GSA sales. They just dont have you fill one out. Its in the terms and conditions stating that you can not export certain equipment that you get from GSA

Hand brakes..... Both handles, handle up, brakes are off. Handle down (parallel to the ground) brakes are on. You'll under stand once you get to it. When you push them down you will feel the tension on the cables, and youll feel the tension release when you pull up on them.

Sorry, I missed the LED part. They had the LED kit but I went with the el-cheapo $18.99 special. If it were my personal trailer and I needed new lights I would probably spring for the LED's too

Prattcobra, when you get some freetime download the TMs and start reading. Start with the operaters manual. You'll save yourself alot of grief.
That will only work for so long. Once DLS starts getting tons of people calling about the EUC times they will just go to a standard answer of basically telling you to just sit and wait.

On those connections under that cover the wires should have little metal tags.
On the four flat trailer plug I dont remember wich is wich as far as left and right, green and yellow, That should be in the package with the connector when you buy it. But take the yellow/brown and the green brown...
