They are over the counter 12 and 24 volt bosch style automotive relays. You can temporarily swap with a less used one to see if the relay is bad and go from there.
Prices have been high recently. Probably due to income tax. I think there a lot of stuff in the pipeline. Just a matter of time till an ok deal comes along in your neck of the woods.
The 4 pod fuse blocks have entirely different connections. I haven't had any experience with them though. It is possible that there is some sort of cross over adapter harness for the 4 pods to the earlier a1 wiring.
Yes. The truck harness is different making the two panels appear non interchangeable without significant work. That being said I recently glanced at an oddity 94 truck that possibly had a circuit board panel but I have a feeling something strange was going on there. Back of first gen panel. Much...
I recommend replacing the hvac unit with a single phase model and getting a single phase generator like a mep 003 or 803 unless you have other 3 phase equipment you need to operate. These gens do have switchable 3 phase capability if you had to.
I have seen some trucks with 2 piece vents separated by the support. I always thought they were just a different part I didnt realize they were just one cut in half. I would think there would be a split model for the air drop cab though.
Does it feel smoother driving with the additive? Once it gets warm I am going to switch to synthetic lube. The Meritor ref guide said 75w90 for my temp range I believe. Is that what you used?

The lmtv transfer case has a locking center differential, which is normally unlocked for road driving. This the front and rear driveshaft to turn at slightly different speeds so you dont buck when turning and for other minor differences. In 50/50 mode or low range the transfer case locks the...
Standard Bosch style relay. The diagram is on the back of the breaker panel cover. I believe that one is a 24 volt relay. Very common on the Internet. You can borrow one from a less used position that also has a 24 volt relay just switch them. Be careful though it's a bit confusing. There are...
It may work. Hard to gage the size from pics. The 5 ton feet work ok I think. You will need the u joint puller. If you damage the yokes you risk flying driveshafts after you put it back together. I would get some new u joints too. You will have to pull both the front and back driveshaft since...
Only later gen A1 trucks have a batt disconnect. I don't believe it disconnects the starter lead though. You would have to disconnect the batteries to be safe. There are no capacitors that I know of in any of the trucks. Maybe small components inside trans or A1 engine control but nothing that...
I would replace the starter relay in the breaker panel. They are only a few dollars. I have heard of the push button going bad also. Had a nice new looking starter go bad on me too. It's hard to get to I had to use a piece of pipe and big wrench to get in there and hammer on it till it started...
The older model starters have a thermal safety that does not always function as intended. There was a thread on bypassing the thermal sensor. Or your starter solenoid could be intermittent. And there is a starter relay in the breaker panel. And the vim module has lockout relays like neutral safety.
