#1 tip, New Cork (or equivilant) wedge in the key way. mine where doing the same thing. I cleaned & repacked the berrings using the old seals, installed new wedges and havent had any problems since.

I am assuming you mean the attena mount , weld is the best solution, i do not belive por15 would be suitable as a filler.

Sell it and buy a 98-02 dodge diesel. My neighbors inform me the engine is MUCH louder than my 1009 or deuce, and thats at an idle ! [thumbzup]

205 tag is on the front FYI. Also has a pto provision. Check your front drive shaft to make Shure its not bottoming out.

How close would a set of BBC headers get ya? they have simmiler port spacing, you could just change the flange...........
