mine bounch with no load from 25-32 or so. lower the pressure to about 40-45. no need to run so much pressure with our little light trucks and these monster tires.
none yet I've been out of town for the last month and haven't had any time to work on it.
I installed trailer air supply valves and parking brake valves for the DOT.
some have turned up the fuel on their truck and claim that it helps with starting. I personally doubt this as when you shut the truck off and try to restart you should have wide open fuel till it approaches Idle speed.
I have not touched the fueling on the motor and it does seem to be running a much lower egt now than it did stock. I think these motors originally had lower compression to meet the hp/tq requirement that the gov wanted.
