It still sounds like the air pack. My 5-ton makes the air noise but when I got it it didn't and it was the air pack. Sometimes they don't do well sitting for a long time either.
For the life of me if it is for a heater or charger I have no idea why they wouldn't use a male end to plug into an extension cord but I have seen a lot stupid before. Take the cover off and see if you can put a work light above it and get us a better picture.
I use Chrome almost exclusively. I searched for:

WM, That paintball (at least one of them) is up here by me. About 8 miles from me or so. I took a picture of their billboard and posted I think. They have several.
Yeah, that's what I hear happens every fall. In the summer, like I said, I don't see them doing that after 9PM. There are too many campers that would need access to the toilets and not being able to get out in an emergency would be a huge liability issue.
Hence the reason I pointed out it will take more than one call. Although one call to a lawyer and have them check it out is actually good advice from elkhtr.
For a change I would say take the advice from the Internet. Pay a lawyer to research it for you. They give you advice and screw it up...
Find your local amateur radio people and they will help I'm sure.
