I would just cut the end off and lay it next to a good tow bar and mention quietly that you bend on me you will suffer the same fate. That will keep the good one in line. ;-)
Or use it as a paper weight. I doubt having it magnafluxed will help.

Have your title or SF97 to get a title first and then ask them.
Make sure you get a titled truck that the serial number matches the paperwork.

I just had the pulley machined on my M813 so I can put a civilian alternator on it as soon as it warms up enough to work on it. The spec sheet says it cranked out 84Amp at 6,000RPM. (Remember the pulley is much smaller than the crank so it turns faster.)
