I know bigburb is trying to get a compressor off the GL lot before they cancle his sale on him. I dont remember what Steetbikedepots lot is but he told me it could be loaded by hand.

I cant get off work till friday or you know I would do it. Bigburb should get on here and try to piggyback his lot also in this thread.

If your looking to get the most out of it, try to market it where you'll get collectors that might want it for a display. Its not worth that much to someone that is just wanting a generator.

:ditto: I'd rather seen them turned in to little itty bitty pieces metal than just abandon them there when we leave.

What kind of scrap yard are we talking about? Privately owned scrap yard, just like the ones we have here in the states, or yards the the U.S. Govt. owns? You can get stuff from privately owned yards. Cost $$$ to get it back to the states and if its whole vehicles sometimes you cannot bring it...

If I had a wad of cash I would but I cant convince the wife that I can sell all the excess here and at the very least break even if not make a profit. He said it might be a week or 2 before the crusher gets to that part of the yard.
