    Bobbed M925

Why not be different and use the origional bed? Cut it just aft of the third vertical troop seat support coming from the rear. I don't like bob's, but think that would be cool.

    Broke down - Desperate!!!

You don't have to, but it is better to do that especially on a long tow with an unknown truck.2cents

    Broke down - Desperate!!!

If you decide to part it out etc.... I would be interested in the tires. I would buy and pickup soon. Could also take whatever to GA and store till whenever you can get it or we could get it there.

    Broke down - Desperate!!!

Just noticed where the truck is vice where it needs to go. You will probably be better off fixing there or selling truck as is. This is the problems with buying long distance with no back up plan ahead of time. sorry. Know of 2 motors in GA otherwise no help. Again sorry, don't buy long distance...

    Recovery Time.....

I'd say you guys were very lucky, bad call on driving without the M35 knowledge history. Read, read, read.aua

    Headlights!!!

Any normal NAPA will charge you ALOT for headlights. I'd order from Saturn, OD Iron, etc...

    Newbie

Biggest thing is ALL the 24 V parts are different! (with brush guards/shackles, too).

    Newbie

Parts are everywhere. I'd bet no on the mistake. Antenna mounts should be easy to find. For the grill guard PM twright-he has one. Saturn Surplus for starters for parts. There are many, many, many others.[thumbzup]

Need help with brakes M35A2 in Austin, TX

Another way to think about it is, air pack rebuild kits are cheap on ebay. I'd just rebuild both the M/C and airpack. That way you know the system is correct.[thumbzup] I'd even do wheel cylinder kits (they are $5-6 ea).

    The Adventure Begins

Ugly as an A3 although I like this one.

    Project Time Once Again

God, I can't believe that was the tub. I read that back in 2008. Zout, on G503 there is a M38A1 tub in the M38 forum in AL at a junkyard that is actually a panels only tub you may be interested in for panel patches.

Need help with brakes M35A2 in Austin, TX

That's another great reason to get the bleeder, you can put pressure in the system and see where it is leaking.[thumbzup]

Need help with brakes M35A2 in Austin, TX

He said he has no visible fluid leakage. The quantity of fluid in the M/C will not fit in the boot, so where is the excess fluid? Also the airpack is what gives the boost but it can leak internally hiding the fluid. He says it's bled right and no visible leaks.....2cents

    Recovery Time.....

Honestly, you need someone local to give you a 15 minute deuce lesson and what to look for before you drive three any distance. At least they are A3's with split brake systems. You can always wait to get the batteries since you have a cable now and can jump them.[thumbzup]
