The FS (Federal Standard) code for the 383 green is 34094, that is the number you need if you are going to match it at a regular paint store.
To further clarify what Capt Marion said, 383 means the green/black/brown camo scheme, so when folks refer to 383 green, they mean Green FS 34094 as...
Some of us are going to convoy from north of Austin, I'm sure we could work out a route to include you most of the way.
We usually travel together when we can since having 3-4 guys standing on the side of the road looking at a broken down truck (or for Sarge, putting out a burning truck) is...
MAZ-537 ballast tractor. Don't remember the extra letters in the designation (like TKL or KZL or something) off the top of my head, but it gives you something to Google! :-)

Welcome aboard. I like your taste in vehicles! [thumbzup]
Look at the various categories in the forums, and pick one that is close to what you want. Then put the specific vehicle type in your subject line when you post so folks can find it.

Yes, that is because we like you to post the pictures directly to the site..
Most links go dead, some quicker than others, and eventually you have a great post with no pictures. A lot of good stuff gets lost to us that way.
If you look down in "Other Options" when you are posting...
Looks like a Unimog dash light. If so, it turns on when you flip the cover up, turns back off when you slide it down. Neat little lights.
Post a pic when you get it installed!
